PureFX provides educational content about forex and financial markets. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Access to course material is granted to a single named member following a successful purchase. Account credentials must not be shared, resold or distributed. We may suspend accounts where sharing is detected.

Monthly membership renews automatically until cancelled. The three month plan grants access for three months from the purchase date. Lifetime access is a one-time payment covering the course and future updates where applicable.

Monthly members can cancel future recurring payments at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Because the material is digital and immediately accessible, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law.

All course content, lessons, resources and materials remain the property of PureFX and may not be reproduced, recorded or redistributed without written permission.

PureFX is not liable for trading losses or financial decisions made by members. Trading involves significant risk and members are responsible for their own decisions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
